With age your wiring just wears out.  It becomes to brittle, and old to repair, much less depend on.  The best way to get your Rig going is with our 14-circuit factory upgrade harness.  Most kits only include 12 circuits, JT Outfitters had two more circuits added because we know people are going to add items like off road lights, extra cig lighters, etc.  Our universal harness is adaptable by using many of the original connector plugs.  We even include the plugs for the headlights.

Wire is highest quality GXL 125 high temp cross linked polyethylene jacketed, grease, oil, gas, and acid resistant wire.  This kit is specially made for us with wire that is marked, numbered and color coded every 4 inches, so it is easy to locate.  Exclusively, all terminals are crimped and soldered, just an extra step to insure than there aren't any shorts in the harness.  This harness has a kill switch as an extra safety measure, you can quickly flip a switch and kill all the power.  Harness has built in fusible link to protect wiring.  Metal fixtures are powder coated for long life.  If you have switched over to a GM column, then this kit is even easier.  Kit uses Blade Style fuses and you can mount the fuse block anywhere (we often install it in the glovebox for quick easy access).  This kit doesn't come with ends (no kit does). Kit comes bundled in through groups, front, rear, and engine.  There is 20 Feet going to the back, so there is an ample amount.

With ANY wiring harness we suggest using aftermarket gauges and GM type column.  We have used this harness in plenty of times.  We provide on limited tech help beyond the manufacturer's toll free help line.
