If you have a 5 spd Toyota Truck from the Eighties and early Nineties, then you NEED this kit. The shifter get sloppy and makes gear shifting vague. The problem is the bushings in the seat and on the shifter tip have just wore out. This is an easy thing to replace. Simply twist the shifter and lift it out. You replace these two pieces and your smooth shifting. The shifter seat includes the o-ring.
