| This bracket will strengthen your factory transfer
case, but we warn you not to forget that factory Land Cruiser cases are
weak, and anything is breakable. Even though you have the strongest
setup available with your case, don't take it for granted.
Tools Required to complete installation.
1. The easiest way to gain access to the plate is to remove the factory transmission hump, otherwise you will go under to gain access. 2. Remove the 5 original bolts closest to the center. 3. Remove the top 17 mm bolt that holds transfer case to transmission 4. Lay plate on top and align. 5. Loose fit all bolts and hand tighten. Start with transmission bolt which will pull the bracket snug. Then tight all of the cover bolts. That's It! |
