This means several things;longer transit time, more expensive residential delivery, and call beforedelivery. All of the tubs have a crating charge. This is help prevent damageduring transit. This is same charge we incur from the manufacturer. Delivery on most tubs and large body parts takes between 3 and 4 weeks. When delivered,carefully inspect the body tub for any damage. This is the point whereany claim will be validated. The claim is between the receiver and thatshipping company. We can not handle the claim for you. You must file thedamage claim. We will support you as much as possible. If the body partis damaged beyond repair or if it is damaged beyond your liking, do notsign to receive it. Once you sign for it, it becomes yours. |
