This is the JT Outfitters Header for the Toyota 20 / 22 R.  If you are looking for a true "seat of the pants" power upgrade, then this header is for you.  Headers allow your engine to breathe better, letting more exhaust out.  Horsepower may be increased up to 20%.  This header is application specific (not generic) with smooth mandrel bends, and even flame tested.  Header comes with manifold gasket and collector.  This header has a meaty 3/8" thick mounting flange to prevent warping.  We run this header on our vehicles, and with the combination of it, an aftermarket carb, and a hot iginition it is amazing at the differences you will feel.  We ship the headers raw, ready for your coating or our VHT Aussie Header Paint.  As with all headers, check to see if this allowable in your area.  This is a quality made header.
