Delivery on most tubs and large body parts takes between 3 and 4 weeks.

When delivered, carefully inspect the body tub for any damage. This is the point where any claim will be validated. The claim is between the receiver and that shipping company. We can not handle the claim for you. You must file the damage claim. We will support you as much as possible. If the body part is damaged beyond repair or if it is damaged beyond your liking, do not sign to receive it. Once you sign for it, it becomes yours.
